Beyond Luxury Room Decor Package — $400 For the ultimate room transformation, our Beyond Luxury Package brings together balloons, romance, lighting, and luxury details to create an unforgettable WOW moment. Package Includes: Ceiling balloons with hanging streamers Hanging roses Themed balloon banner Floor balloons Jumbo number balloons Fairy light décor LED candle arrangement Custom rose petal design 10 hanging photos Bottle of Champagne Your choice of balloon colors/theme Perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, proposals, romantic getaways, or any occasion that deserves something extra special. Setup time: Approximately 3.5–4 hours. The time selected during booking is the time we will arrive to begin decorating. Please allow enough time for your full room transformation to be completed before returning to the room. ✨ Pay in 4 available on eligible purchases. Hotel room must be accessible at the scheduled setup time. Additional travel fees may apply based on location.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICIES Please review the following policies before completing your booking with Balloons & Beyond, LLC. Then add one text box underneath and paste the shortened policies we just created: Payment & Confirmation A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, or you may pay in full at booking. Any remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled setup. Cancellations & Rescheduling The initial 50% of your booking total is non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before setup may receive a refund of amounts paid above the initial 50%. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. Bookings may be rescheduled one time with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Setup Time The time selected during booking is the time we arrive to begin decorating, not the completion time. Please allow the full setup time listed for your package. Room Access You are responsible for ensuring we can access the room at the scheduled setup time. If we are unable to access the room, your payment will not be refunded. Delayed access may reduce your available setup time. Hotel Rules You are responsible for confirming that the hotel/property permits outside decorators and the requested décor. Changes & Substitutions Changes to colors, themes, personalization, or setup details must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Comparable substitutions may be made when necessary. Travel & Parking Additional travel fees may apply. Required parking or valet fees are the customer's responsibility. Pay in 4 Pay in 4 may be available on eligible online purchases. Eligibility and payment terms are determined by the payment provider.
