Cancellation Policy

💵 Deposits & Payments A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining 50% balance is due 48 hours before your appointment. Accepted payments: Zelle & CashApp. If full payment is not received by the deadline, a $20 late fee will apply. If full payment has not been made prior to setup day, your booking will be cancelled. 🏨 Hotel & Airbnb Access For hotel room setups, please leave a key at the front desk in my name prior to my arrival. You must be checked in before I arrive (I cannot check in for you). For Airbnb setups, please ensure that entry arrangements are made ahead of time. ⏱️ Last-Minute Bookings Bookings made less than 3 days in advance will incur a Rush Fee: 3 days or less: $50 Same day: $100 No deposits are accepted for last-minute bookings — payment must be made in full. ⏰ Late & Cancellation Policy If you are more than 30 minutes late, your booking will be cancelled. (Contact me if you’re running behind so arrangements can be made.) Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may be rescheduled. Cancellations within 48 hours of setup will be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable.
